Organizational change and agility coaching involves partnering with leadership, HR, OCM, and transformation consultants. This partnership is designed to steer transformations. It combines OCM with Agile Coaching and uses AO as an organizational design lens.

Team and executive team coaching: intact leadership or transformation teams working on alignment, decision-making flow, and collaboration around BPM/operating model.

  • Purpose: Help organizations integrate Agile ways of working with modern OCM. This turns change into an ongoing capability rather than one-off projects.
  • Audience: Transformation leads, PMOs, HR/OCM teams, senior sponsors.
  • Scope: Change strategy co‑design, portfolio of experiments, Agile‑OCM integration, governance, and role clarity.
