Organizational change and agility coaching involves partnering with leadership, HR, OCM, and transformation consultants. The goal is to design and steer transformations. This approach combines OCM with Agile Coaching. It uses AO as an organizational design lens.
Team and executive team coaching: intact leadership or transformation teams working on alignment, decision-making flow, and collaboration around BPM/operating model.
