Coaching Program
The coaching service is organized around three main categories and adjusted to the needs of specific audiences.
We improved our coaching service catalog to become more aligned with the AO-Method.position of multiple systems interacting with:
1. Executive & Leadership Coaching
- 1:1 executive coaching for COOs, senior leaders and founders around strategy execution, decision-making, and leading in complex adaptive environments.
- Leadership development coaching targets middle and senior management. AO provides the backbone for thinking in systems, organizational design, and change.
2. Organizational & Transformation Coaching
- Organizational change and agility coaching involves partnering with leadership, HR, OCM, and transformation consultants. These partnerships help design and steer transformations. This approach combines OCM with Agile Coaching and uses AO as an organizational design lens.
- Team and executive team coaching: intact leadership or transformation teams working on alignment, decision-making flow, and collaboration around BPM/operating model.
3. Professional & Practice-Building Coaching (for coaches/consultants)
- Coaching for agile coaches and transformation consultants: evolving into “Change & Agility” / OCM‑savvy profiles, supervision, and role development.
- Business/practice coaching for independent consultants: clarifying positioning, service catalog, offer design, and go‑to‑market around AO and org design expertise.
4. Formats (how we deliver)
Across those categories, you can explicitly list formats:
- 1:1 coaching (leaders, coaches, consultants).
- Team / executive team coaching.
- Group or cohort coaching (e.g., AO for coaches, “Change & Agility” cohorts, leadership cohorts).
5. Tiers and “points” for large catalogs
- Tiered bundles (per year or per quarter):
- Starter: 10 coaching credits (good for 1 leader + 1 team session).
- Growth: 30 credits (several leaders + teamwork).
- Transform: 60+ credits (leadership team, internal coaches, plus AO workshops).
- Standard “engagement units”:
- 1:1 coaching session = 1 credit
- Team session / workshop = 2–3 credits
- Org design / AO diagnostic = 4–5 credits
